KCR vows to help Telangana employees

Telangana Secretariat employees, on Wednesday, met Telangana chief minister-designate, K. Chandrasekhar Rao, and brought to his notice the injustice being meted to them in the Secretariate.

To discuss future course of action, Mr Rao has convened a meeting with Telangana-employees’ associations on Thursday. He has also constituted a committee comprising TRS MLAs Harish Rao, Srinivas Goud and MLC, Swamy Goud, to look into the issue. The committee will submit a report on Thursday.

He asked Telangana-employees to submit the list of Seemandhra employees, who were allotted to Telangana-Secretariat, in violation of the norms. He assured them that his government will rectify all these follies and ensure that all the Telangana-employees get justice once he assumes charge on June 2.

Mr Rao also urged the officials of general administration department to help Telangana-employees’ associations in verifying the nativity details of Seemandhra employees who were allotted to Telangana-Secretariat.

The association alleged that many higher officials from Seemandhra Secretariat are helping Seemandhra employees to continue in Telangana Secretariat.
